Your home’s water doctor.
Reverse osmosis drinking water systems, with optional alkaline filtration for better taste. We also service, repair and maintain existing systems throughout Gwinnett County and the greater Metro Atlanta area.
Better-tasting water straight from your kitchen tap. No chlorine, no metallic aftertaste, no more jugs to haul.
We'll test your water and tell you what we'd actually recommend. No charge, no pressure.
We specialise in reverse osmosis drinking water, and we look after the systems you already have.
Our main installation. An under-sink system that turns your kitchen tap into your water source. It is the most thorough filtration you can put in a house — water is pushed through a membrane fine enough to catch what ordinary carbon filters leave behind.
An extra stage added to your reverse osmosis system. RO is thorough enough that it takes out calcium and magnesium along with everything else — minerals your body uses and normally gets from food and water. The alkaline stage puts some of them back.
Pressure dropped, the taste came back, the softener stopped regenerating, something is leaking — we fix it. This covers drinking water systems and whole-house softeners alike, including equipment another company installed.
This happens constantly. A company installs a system, then stops answering the phone, goes out of business, or moves out of the area — and the homeowner is left with equipment nobody will touch. Filters go unchanged for years and the system quietly stops doing its job.
Send us a photo and we'll tell you straight away. Every brand takes different filters and cartridges. Before we promise anything we need to see the unit, so we can confirm we're able to get the right parts for it. Most common systems we can — but we'd rather check than leave you waiting.
Two pictures is all we need:
If we can source the filters, we'll quote the service and put you on our tracked maintenance schedule — from then on we contact you when something's due, so it never gets forgotten again. If we can't, we'll say so and point you in the right direction. No charge either way.
Same as any checkup — we look, we diagnose, we treat. No all-day sales pitch.
Call, text, or send the form. Tell us the symptoms — the taste, the spots, the dry skin.
We test your water and inspect your setup at no charge, then tell you exactly what we found.
One number, written down, installation included. Payment plans if you'd rather spread it out.
Installed properly, then we watch the dates and reach out when your system needs attention.

Call or text and you'll get a person, not a call center.
It’s an optional extra stage on your reverse osmosis system. Reverse osmosis is thorough — it removes calcium and magnesium right along with the contaminants, and those are minerals the body uses. The alkaline stage returns some of them to the water and raises its pH. Most people also find it tastes rounder; RO water on its own can come across flat. The water is thoroughly filtered either way, so it comes down to what you want back in it. You can add it at install or later on.
Depends on your kitchen setup and whether you want the alkaline stage. You get one written price including installation, and we don't start work until you've agreed to it. Payment plans are available at the same price.
Yes. The price is the same whether you pay up front or spread it out. No interest, no financing company in the middle.
Very little on your end. A drinking water system needs its filters swapped periodically. You don’t have to remember any of it — your system goes on our schedule and we reach out when it’s time.
Not at the moment. We install reverse osmosis drinking water systems, and we continue to service and maintain whole-house softeners for existing customers, including ones installed by other companies. If you need a new softener put in, tell us and we’ll point you toward someone who does that work.
Often, yes — it's a good part of what we do. The one thing we check first is whether we can source the right filters and cartridges for your brand. Text a photo of the unit and any label on it to 470-588-6555 and we'll tell you the same day whether we can maintain it. If we can't get parts for it, we'll say so rather than string you along.
